Brick Load Sizes:
Please note the following when ordering Bricks for Delivery
- The Minumim Quantity of Bricks from our yard for delivery is 500 (1 Pallet)
- Goods Will Be Offloaded Within a Maximum Distance Of 5 Meters From The Truck
- 10000 Loads will be delivered using a Horse And Trailer with a crane truck which will weigh approzimately 50 -55 tons depending on the type of brick being delivered
- 5000 Loads will be delivered on a truck with a crane and will weigh approximately 30 tons depending on the type of brick being delivered.
- Semi-Face, Face Bricks and Blocks will be hand offloaded. All Other Bricks are Tipped. 6 % Breakages for tipped bricks is in compliance with SABS Standards. If Hand Offload is needed for Stock Bricks please note that there will be a extra charge and authorization from our sales team needs to be organized before delivery takes place.
- It is of utmost importance to provide the correct information on your delivery notes before you make payment so that access may be gained to your property & goods correctly offloaded.
- Due to constraints by Body Corporate's and Estates regarding the delivery of building materials into the Estate. The onus is on you to check with your Body Corporate or Rules of the Complex to make sure that the truck will be allowed to enter and offload the Building Material. If access is not available goods will be offloaded on the pavement or returned to the yard for re-Delivery at a later stage. The Transport charge will not be refunded and this will result in extra delivery charges for the second delivery.
- Complexes and Estates normally enforce restrictions for crane offloaded bricks to 5000 Bricks per load.
